Readers' and Writers' Workshop
I am totally geeked! I am taking a week long grad course on, you guessed it, The Readers' and Writers' Workshop. A huge part of literacy is writing fluency, which the Writers' workshop builds. Also, we must keep in mind that every time we write, we build new connections between our brain cells. Amazing stuff.
I will have to report on it as the class rolls out.

Hey Alanna,
On Amazon I purchased a text book for my special education course. It's by Sam Kirk, I think, I forget, there's so many books to confuse! I need to give you a call and chat about all that I am learning. Like 'Running Records' and 'IEPs'. Gotta run,
